What is your investment criteria?
We are looking for businesses with $0.5-5MM in annual cash flow and with 30%+ gross margins or 10%+ operating margins. We also prefer a business with a track record of 5 or more years.

Do founders or owners typically stay on?
We are open to founders and owners retaining equity in the business or continuing to operate the business.
