Longtime Central Coast HVAC contractor enters its next chapter with Lynnfield; Jeff Tourtillotte to continue leading Dahl as President

SAN FRANCISCO & BUELLTON, Calif., Oct. 20, 2026 — Lynnfield, a long-term holding company focused on building and growing durable businesses, today announced its partnership with Dahl Air Conditioning, Inc. (“Dahl”), a trusted heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor serving California’s Central Coast since 1977.

For nearly 50 years, Dahl has built its reputation on quality workmanship, dependable service and long-standing relationships with its customers and communities. From its home base in Buellton, Dahl’s experienced team provides HVAC installation, maintenance, insulation, and 24-hour service and repair throughout the Central Coast.

Jeff Tourtillotte, Dahl’s President and longtime owner, will continue to lead the company as President and remain an owner in the business. Together with the existing Dahl team, Jeff will continue serving the customers, contractors and communities the company has worked with for decades.

The partnership with Lynnfield is designed to build upon Dahl’s existing foundation while providing additional resources to support its employees, strengthen operations, expand service capabilities and pursue new opportunities for growth.
